For perfect preservation of the product and its organoleptic characteristics, the production cycle takes place in a controlled atmosphere ranging between 0.1% and 0.9% residual oxygen.
The final product undergoes constant quality checks, through specific lab tools and procedures, in conformity with the quality standards required. Through the use of high-resolution markers, the details of the local distributors or any indications needed by a specific market can be added on our package.
Miscela d’Oro’s factory covers an area of 8,000 sqm and has a production capacity of 25 tons per day.
