Terms and conditions of sale
The offer and sale of products through the website “www.misceladoro.com” are regulated by the following General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are formulated in compliance with the regulations of contracts concluded outside business premises and in particular with the provisions of the Legislative Decree. 6 September 2005, No 206 (Consumption Code) and subsequent amendments.
Acceptance of the general conditions of sale:
Before placinge an order , the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the General Conditions of Sale.
Miscela d’ Oro S. p. A. reserves the right to change the General Terms and Conditions of Sale by giving a notice on the website. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are applicable soon as the order is placed. Any modification will be effective after its publication on the website.
Once the online purchase procedure has been completed, the Customer shall print or save an electronic copy and, in any case, keep these general conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of articles 49 et seq. of the Legislative Decree. No 206/2005 on distance sales.
Methods of purchase
The products are offered at the price indicated on the website according to the date the order is placed. Prices are considered inclusive of GST, which will be detailed in the document issued for the purchase of the product. Prices do not include transport and delivery costs, however these will be displayed before sending the order in the shopping cart and before the payment will beis confirmed. Also the price is specified in the confirmation order sent to the customer via email. We are always committed to ensuring the accurancy of the information published on the website, so, in case of a technical issue generated by mistake (i.e. a different coffee price from the actual one), we reserve the right to cancel the order in case the price is incorrect and our Customer Service will notify the customer and instruct themhim with the correct information.
For your online coffee orders, the minimum order quantity is the same to the one indicated on the product fiche.
All the steps for placing an order and concluding the purchase contract are clearly highlighted in the website through explanatory graphics. In particular, it is advisable to read the notice of withdrawal which can be stored and printed at any time. Before sending the order, it is possible to correct any data / details wrongly entered.
The order received is confirmed by Miscela d’ Oro S. p. A.,. by email sent to the Customer. This confirmation message will show the Date and Time of execution of the order and a Customer Order Number, to be used in any further communication with Miscela d’ Oro S. p. A. The message restates all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections, according to the methods described in this document.
In case of non-acceptance of the order, Miscela d’ Oro S. p. A. guarantees prompt communication to the Customer.
Checking the goods
When goods are delivered, it is up to the customer to verify the quantity and status and condition of the products and, in case of anomalies and/or missing articles/products inform Miscela d’ Oro within 7 (seven) days from the date of the delivery products, keeping the invoice and the courier’s consignment note.
Price and billing
The prices invoiced for the ordered goods are those in force on the day of issue of the purchase order, including shipping taxes. Shipping charges are shown separately on the invoice.
Terms of payment
Any payment by credit card is due and payable immediately. Credit card details will be encrypted during the transaction for security reasons.
Interests can be applied in case of delay in payment on the overdue balance and to administrative and legal costs incurred.
Cash on delivery: by choosing this method, payment will be made to the courier upon delivery of the product purchased. Payment should only be made with cash or coins directly to the courier. Only exact amounts are accepted, corresponding to the amount of the order: there is no change. Cheques will not be accepted. Pursuant to and for the purposes of Art. 12 of the Legislative Decree.
Transport and Delivery
The Products purchased from the website will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase procedure in the appropriate field “Shipping Data”.
All purchases will be delivered by express courier from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Miscela d’ Oro S. p. A. is not responsible for unforeseeable delays or delays not attributable to it.
Once the Products have been shipped, the Customer will receive a confirmation email which will include a link to refer to for tracking the shipment.
In any case, except in cases of force majeure or fortuitous circumstances, the Products ordered will be delivered within a period of 7 (seven) working days starting from the day following that in which Miscela d’ Oro S. p. A. has confirmed the order to the Customer by means of a special e-mail confirming the order.

Express Courier
Shipments abroad may be made by different couriers depending on the country of destination in order to ensure the customer the best available rate.
Returns for machines and accessories
For purchases of machines and/or accessories made through the internet, and outside of business premises, it will always be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal according to what is established by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 21.02.2014 n° 21, in Official Gazette 11.03.2014), within 14 calendar days from the delivery of the goods (or last item for multiple orders), by contacting the customer service for the return modalities. The goods must be returned by the consumer within 14 calendar days of the date on which the consumer informed the company of his decision to withdraw (EU 2011/83/EC).
Golden Blend will only accept returns of goods in perfect condition and in their original packaging, accompanied by the relevant purchase invoice. In the event that returns have been made in accordance with the above, the company will issue a refund by means of a credit to the customer for subsequent purchases, within a maximum of 14 days from the time when it became aware of the withdrawal. The company may withhold the refund until it has received the goods or until the consumer can prove that he has returned the goods, whichever is sooner. The consumer shall be liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. The company will also refund the relative shipping costs invoiced with the purchase.
In order to protect our customers and for hygienic reasons, you can only exercise the right of withdrawal for products that can be put back on the market without endangering consumer health. The right of withdrawal applies to all non-perishable products (e. g. machines, accessories, etc.).
It is not possible to return:
Products likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly (food, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages);
Data protection
The data provided will be only used for orders, the commercial information and for offers reserved to registered customers. The data will be processed in compliance with the Code on the Protection of Personal Data (Legislative Decree 196/2003) and will not be transferred to third parties, except for the services that will intervene in the organization and management of transport and delivery, used by Miscela d’ Oro S. p. A..
